- Google Drive: Some video content is hosted on Google Drive. Google may collect data as per their Privacy Policy.
- Rumble: We also embed video content from Rumble.com. By watching embedded Rumble videos, you are subject to Rumble's Terms of Service and Rumble's Privacy Policy.
- We do not claim ownership of third-party video content from YouTube, Google Drive, or Rumble. All rights belong to their respective owners and creators.
- Video playback may consume virtual points (Stars) from your account balance.
5. The Company Rights
Social Party (Denizan.com) reserves the right to:
- Modify these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of new terms.
- Moderate, edit, or delete User Content that violates our safety standards.
- Suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent referral activity or botting.

Social Party provides the platform "as-is." We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-posted material or any economic loss resulting from technical downtime or third-party links. We do not endorse any products advertised by third parties on the site.
